SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY


This Shipping and Delivery Policy complies with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Federal Law No.
50 of 2022 concerning the Commercial Transactions Law and applicable laws governing shipping
and delivery policies for e-commerce goods in the UAE.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This Policy
will apply to any order you place with us.


Definitions


For the purposes of this Policy:
● "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to

● "Products/Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
● "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
● "Service" refers to the Website.
● "Website" refers to ascendfrp.com, accessible from www.ascendfrp.com
● "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on
behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Applicability
The Shipping and Delivery Policy (the “Policy”) set forth herein shall apply exclusively to all sales
and deliveries of goods from ascendfrp.com


1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment
confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Please refer to the product description for specific details. The Carrier will deliver
between 9am and 5pm Saturday to Thursday, someone should be at the delivery
address between these times to accept delivery.
Please check stock availability if you are making a time sensitive order.
2. Methods of shipping available (standard, expedited)
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available for
an additional fee, depending on the product and destination.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items, shipping method selected,
and delivery destination. Free shipping may be offered on select products or orders above
a certain value. Details will be provided during checkout.
4. International shipping information
We currently ship within the UAE. But we do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Shipping processing time
All standard shipping orders are typically processed within 7-9 business days for delivery,
while expedited shipping may arrive sooner. If we are experiencing a high volume of
orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit
for delivery.
6. Shipping address
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure

it is recognized as a valid address by the Service Provider. If we cannot validate the
address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot
update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Ascend will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address
and we cannot recover the package.
7. Change of address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. If you need
to make changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as
soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not
be possible once the order has been shipped.
8. Delay
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural
disasters, customs delays, or logistical issues beyond our control may result in delays to
the estimated delivery times. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we
cannot be held liable for any such delays. In the event of a significant delay, we will make
every effort to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ascend is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees
imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes,
and other costs).
10. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your
order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track the
status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on our website or through
the carrier's website.
11. Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was
delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

12. Damage to Goods
In the event that goods are damaged during shipping or delivery, Ascend will initiate an
investigation to assess the extent of damage and determine responsibility. Customers
must report any damaged goods within 10 days of receipt by contacting
sales@ascenduae.com Upon verification of the damage and responsibility, Ascend will
provide options for replacement, repair, or refund at its discretion.
13. Refunds and Returns

14. Force Majeure
Ascend will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of delay or failure to meet an
accepted order or to observe any of this Policy due to an event of force majeure, being
any cause or circumstance beyond Ascend's reasonable control, including any failure or

delay in performance caused by any strikes, lock-outs, labour disputes, fires, terrorist acts,
acts of God or public enemy, malicious or accidental damage, delays in transport,
breakdowns in machinery or restrictions or prohibitions by any Government or any semi
Government authorities or embargos.
During the continuance of an event of force majeure affecting Ascend, its obligations
under this Policy will be suspended and will resume as soon as possible after the cause or
circumstance has ceased to have effect.
15. Limitation of Liability
Ascend liability is limited to claims for damages caused by Ascend’s gross negligence or
wilful misconduct. Ascend shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or
incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business
opportunity, or any other economic loss, arising from shipping delays, delivery failures, or
any other shipping-related issues.
16. Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our
shipping policy or your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
We are here to assist you in any way we can.
Goods which are incorrectly ordered, can be returned for a refund, however the
customer is responsible for its return.
We will not be liable to replace any damaged goods at our cost, if this is not notified or
refused with the Carriers. All items are inspected when delivering. Items must be
refused if it has arrived damaged. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by
way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
